Broken rules

I keep getting:
There are some broken rules require your attention.
To fix a broken rule you should remove all broken conditions.
Sometimes a rule becomes broken when matching users SQL failed. In this case all condition are ok, but the rule is marked as broken. You should check Moodle logs for "Matching users failed" event and related SQL errors.
Please note, that in any case you have to re-save the rule to mark it as unbroken.

but when I check my logs I have nothing about matching users failed. as they seem to find the users. it only fails with rules that have multiple requirements.

If you can provide clear detailed steps to replicate the issue that would help to investigate and fix it.

I create a new dynamic rule with a managing cohort. I add my conditions as AND:
User custom profile field Users with UIC contains WAZ
Cohort membership Users who are members of EN LI/LE

Every dynamic cohort that I have this way fails. It seems to be the cohort membership that gigs it as I do not have that issue with other profile fields.

I notice that when I click matching users i get this error: invalidqueryparam
ERROR: Incorrect number of query parameters. Expected 2, got 0.

1. What version of the plugin are you on? What version of Moodle are you on?
2. Is there anything special about UIC custom profile field? What type does this field have? How is it configured?
3. "EN LI/LE" is it a full name of the cohort or its ID?
4. Can you please provide a full trace for the error you're getting?

The version i have of the plugin is 2026020200.
Moodle's version is 5.1.
The UIC custom field is a text field where the user puts in 6 digits. And dynamic cohorts looks at that field and sees if the digits match what i gave dynamic cohorts.
For the cohort, i select cohort membership i then get a dropdown which has the conhort's name. My cohort IDs are the name but withoutspaces. And yes that is the entire cohort name. Where do i get the slacktrace for this, bc i pulled the reports and it shows nothing but when i edit the rule and enable it.
