Remove pin to mariadb 10.5 once MDL-72131 has been fixed

In #21, we pinned mariadb to 10.5, because of some incompatible rowformat changes.

Once https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-72131 is fixed, we have to unpin it.
