Wine link in Plexon2 Conversion Gallery causes doc link check to fail

The link to wine (https://www.winehq.org/about) in Plexon2's conversion, gallery entry is causing the doc link check to fail since Wine has some security feature that prevents bots from accessing the website. The simplest and easiest fix, I think, is to just ignore this particular link from the doc link checks.
