Is Trace Event Format documentation for flow events up to date? #4648

I'm trying to get flow events displaying, but without success so far.
Unfortunately the https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CvAClvFfyA5R-PhYUmn5OOQtYMH4h6I0nSsKchNAySU/edit doc refers in the Flow event documentation to the deprecated version of Async events (S,T,F), which is not documented anymore, so I'm not sure if I'm using flow events correctly.
I have this trace https://pastebin.com/mFsBnAfh and would expect flow arrows to appear, but they don't.
