Missing documentation? #19
Description
The readme says how to install the agent, which is great, but it doesn't say how to use it once installed - i.e. how to get the server (e.g. on the same machine) to "see" the agent.
The agent documentation page https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/wptagent/blob/master/docs/install.md is also missing this critical information, as is the main documentation page https://docs.webpagetest.org/private-instances/
It would really help if this info was here or at least a link to it, as the agent is useless without the ability to be called by a server.
How is the agent started, stopped and restarted? how do you see if its running? what ports should be opened between the agent and sever?
