GANTT chart is in local TZ, graphs are in UTC TZ

Since yesterday we use this Action to collect telemetry data for some of our runs. Yay, great!

We found out a small issue where the top chart (GANTT) shows timestamps in local timezone (in our case CEST), and all the other graphs (Memory, CPU, IO) are in UTC timezone.

Can this be unified?
