Brook PS2 to PS3/PS4 Super Converter

Description of the controller
Brook PS2 to PS3/PS4 Super Converter. Connected by USB. The PS2 controller I am using with it is a Namco 10th Anniversary Tekken joystick. It does not have Bluetooth. This particular PS2 joystick does not have rumble, but I don't know if it supports rumble on other PS2 joysticks.

Attempting to plug the controller in again changes the number that comes after "FsDevice" (26 in this screenshot). When this number is 1 digit it does not have a leading zero.

The adapter has a hardware switch to choose between "Gamepad" and "Wheel". Changing this switch does not change the output.
