Refactoring to use Whiskers

I have two ideas as to how one could go about this:

First, use Whiskers to generate flavour-specific versions of the script provided by Papirus. Each script would then be run to generate folders for each flavour. The downside to this is that it requires all the icons to exist beforehand, modifying and duplicating from the existing icons.

Second, create 75 different Whiskers templates, each one a template for each folder icon. Whiskers would then generate flavours and colours from each template.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on which one would be most optimal, while staying in line with Whiskers's design philosophy.
