Can't select accent dropdown menu when running spotify through wayland

Like some other issues mentioned having issues clicking dropdowns it seems to be related to running spotify through wayland natively instead of using xwayland however if I remove the --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland flags I can successfully select the accent then quit re-enabled not sure if there would be a fix for not having to do this workaround.

I also have this issue, but this is a Spotify bug, not a Catppuccin or Spicetify bug, it also happens with other dropdown menus. There is a workaround, you can press tab multiple times until the dropdown you want to change is highlighted, then press the down and up arrow keys to select the option you want.
