[BUG] keep being prompted for email and name since upgrade

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Since I updated to https://github.com/catpuppyapp/PuppyGit/releases/tag/1.1.4.5v121 I keep getting asked for email and name.when syncing. What's odd is that it not asked every time,but bit is frequent. This has not happened with previous version. Once set it would remember for the installation.

I can't recall the previous version that worked fine. I'm about to try setting per repo to see if that works as around

Environment Information

I just tried again after quitting GitPuppy... and I was not prompted. So I've not yet tried settings per repo.

I remember was had another user report this bug, but I can't reproduce.

the email and username, have global and for each repo, if set for global, should't promt everytime.

The phone where it just happened again has 2 repos only. I've just set names for each one locally instead of globally, I'll see how it works.

Can you check below settings? this is global settings, if have both email and username, still ask you set userinfo when sync, then it is a bug!

Both phones are showing blank (and to be clear had previously been set). Setting for both phones, I do have workaround in place at least one. See how this goes 🤞 .

Now i doubt have a place to make the username and email be cleared after set.But i need more clues, 🧐

Do you remember you was set username and email in which view?
1 repo view when sync/push/pull
2 branch list view
3 change list view
4 repo view from top bar

So it just happened again. Clicked on button from screenshot and values are blank and now missing 2 weeks later. I.e. Repos view

The warning to set name came when trying to sync from Changelist view. So then rechecked Repos view as per recommended screenshots

ok, maybe somewhere cleared the user info.

What's interesting is that out of the two android devices that got configured with in a few minutes of each other (a couple of weeks ago), only one "lost" the settings this time (but both have lost them at least a couple of times). I can't offer a reproducible sequence of operations though 😿

I checked the code but didn't find a bug, if more users report this issue, I will try rewriting the code that handles the global git config.

I updated the code about save git global username and email, will release soon, it can be fix this bug. (maybe....)
