Extend support for Windows

The package currently only publishes binaries for macOS (x64, ARM64) and Linux x64. Windows x64, Windows ARM64, and Linux ARM64 are missing from the build matrix, preventing use on these platforms.

Current State:
package.json napi targets (line 9-13):

Environment:
Node.js: 20.x / 22.x
OS: Windows 11 x64, Windows ARM64, Ubuntu 22.04 ARM64
Package version: 0.4.0
