How do you handle conflicting memories?

It sounds like a weird problem, but if the codebase has weird dependencies, then memory cannot work in isolation, and tasks might conflict with one another. How do you resolve this? (ditto for conflicting research or claims/evidence) https://github.com/angrysky56/project-synapse-mcp/issues/1
