Feature request: Add pagination on topholders endpoint #18
Description
By reading the code don't see any way to offset the selection on the sql query, also the doc doesn't mention any parameter for pagination on the topholders endpoint.
Could you add it ? It would be useful to fetch all people holding LP tokens of an amm pool and not getting limited to 1000.
