[Feature] INFO handler to surface DB and module level information #27
Description
We currently have metadata-oriented commands (TS.INFO, TS.STATS, TS.LABELNAMES, TS.LABELVALUES, etc) but these are limited per db.
An end user may need greater visibility into module instance than are provided by these commands, for instance db level and module level insight into index statistics and resource consumption, as well as a rollup of db-level information to provide an instance overview.
