Sort by motion order

Greetings.

The order of rows in https://www.cppreference.com/w/cpp/compiler_support.html is the order of the motions.
It'd be nice to have that order in https://cppstat.dev/ too.

The Editors' Reports with the motions in order are at https://github.com/cplusplus/draft/tree/main/papers.
C++26's starts with n4959.md and continues downward in order.
For C++23's and C++20's are, naturally, backwards in reverse order.

Hi @JohelEGP, you're welcome and thanks for the hint.

The order of the features is currently semi-random, where I put the (presumably) more interesting features at the top.

I'll see if I can integrate an option to display them in the order as listed in the drafts.

Please note however that it could take some time.
