NVENCC trim setting

Hello.
Thanks for reading my topic.
FastFlix using Nvencc allow "seek" to select start from the time specified, but not precise.
Thus the solution is "trim", but trim use frame values instead time.
An new setting "trim" using value in time and fastflix converting the time value to frames will be useful.
