Could not identify .csv

First of all, thank you very much for this solution. I was very happy to find out that I wouldn't need to try to compile a version of File for Windows and try to make it work with python-magic.

I'm just reporting that, at the moment, nothing is returned when trying to identify .csv files.

CSV is coming in the 2.x builds, as it's technically 'just a text file' there are no specific magic bytes to match against.

@cdgriffith has created a CSV scanner that will be able to parse the file and check if there is a constant pattern that would look like a .csv file.

Per #117 try using the latest beta with: pip install puremagic~=2.0.0b4
