English citation given for French question on French page

Asked a question in French on the French page with a French referring URL and got an English citation with the answer: dcecc370-231e-4c1e-92e5-34207f5cbcf4.

Also the answer was based on the English page (gives English phone number, when the French one is different). It says that it read the French page though, so not sure why the EN URL and EN phone #.
