Remove glacier vault references from python scripts

• From S3Utils remove retrieve_inventory and retrieve_inventory_results
• scripts & tests updated

Reasoning: Before we would store and retrieve items from glacier through vaults, now we store and retrieve items in glacier through the s3 api
