Migrate source to CefSharp main repo

The source for this project will be merged into the main CefSharp repo and this repo will be set to readonly.

The outstanding issues have been transferred, once the first version has been released then this repo will be set to Read Only

M132 is the first version to be included in the CefSharp.Wpf package, there's still a CefSharp.Wpf.HwndHost package for backwards compatibility.

Need to update the main readme and set this repo to readonly
