I might be missing something, but shouldn't Epoxy library be included in this dependency package?

@yaronct It's all right; I can download and build it manually from GitHub. To me it just seemed illogical to have GLEW included but not Epoxy.

I started to use Epoxy in my application, and it seems GLEW and Epoxy headers don't really like each other. That's why I want to use Epoxy in CEGUI as well.

I also target Emscripten and for that I need to use Empoxy.

The only problem is, I'm not sure which of the 35 Epoxy forks is the best one. :) I picked https://github.com/mgba-emu/libepoxy for now. I had to workaround the broken CONSTRUCT macro so that it works in VS2015 as well.

@Smibu: I may not b completely objective, but I do recommend u to use my fork. It contains many bug fixes, specifically related to Windows and EGL, it doesn't depend on external EGL headers, and it supports building and running tests with CMake.

@Smibu: But now I c the fork u used is a fork of mine, lol.. So naturally in contains the improvements I've made. Note, however, that it's only my fork I can provide u support with if u encounter any problem.

If u do use my fork, plz use branch master (not a release).

@yaronct Yeah, I noticed your fork and then checked if there was any further fork based on yours, and found the mgba-emu one. No problems so far, apart from the CONSTRUCT thing.

@Smibu: If you've fixed anything in Epoxy it would b nice if u could open a pull request on my Epoxy fork.
