Rabbitmq connection pooling

Using celery (5.6.2) with rabbitmq 4.2 as the broker. It does not look like connection pooling is working. With broker_pool_limit not being set (so a default of 10) here is monitoring from our rabbitmq cluster

Changing the value does not impact the graph. Setting the value to 0 (and thus disabling the pool) gets rid of the warning in the rabbitmq logs about client dropping connection but the chart is still the same.
