Support for InfluxDB and CrateDB

Hi Luca,

thank you for conceiving this excellent MQTT data convergence framework. 💯

We would like to replace the existing implementation of the MQTT -> database convergence in Kotori (GitHub) with mqtt-ingestor. In this spirit, it would need to be capable of converging data to both InfluxDB (current) and CrateDB (future).

Would you accept such improvements in the form of patches?

NB: Because CrateDB is compatible with PostgreSQL, the latter idea might not be far away. I took a note at crate/crate-clients-tools#290.
