Icons missing from UI on Debian 13 xfce

Overview

As you can see in the attached image, some icons are missing from the UI (bottom right).
The "show playlist button" is also missing at the control bar and "Extra mpv options" at the preferences menu.

This is a fresh install, on Debian 12 with Cinnamon I never had an issue.

Maybe some lib missing that I should install manually?
Xfce is a more compact gui installation and I had dependency problems on other packages before.

Steps to reproduce

1 - Install Debian 13 Xfce
2 - Install Celluloid using apk install
3 - Open Celluloid and check the various ui icons

Actual results

Just some icons are missing but not all

Expected results

UI displays as intended with no "can't find image" buttons.

Make sure you have the Adwaita icon theme installed, then run gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/Adwaita/ and restart Celluloid. Does that fix the problem?

Just adding my report to this, not running Debian 13 with xfce instead using the flatpak on Manjaro with kde plasma and multiple icons are missing as seen in the picture.

The theme is installed correctly, it comes with Xfce.
Executed the command just to be sure, it was successful, but made no difference in Celluloid.
