I use the Opera browser on my phone. It has ad blocking. I went to a website and the counter showed how many were blocked. I decided to try RethinkDNS. I disabled protection in Opera. I installed a lot of filters in RethinkDNS and enabled almost all of them. But it doesn't block ads. The counter on the main screen is always zero. I tried changing DNS to the system one and RethinkDNS RDN Plus, but it didn't help. I don't understand. I also have a music app, but it has a lot of ads. I found the domains this app connects to and blocked them in the section for a specific app. It would be convenient to add rules specifically for this app in the log. Because it creates a general firewall rule for all. You have to manually add the blocking section from the general one to the specific app. In any case, I don't understand why this app has so many filters for ads, trackers, etc. if it doesn't help? I launched many apps, but there are no results in the reports. And it doesn't help in the browser either.
