The Rethink app ignores the set Dns Proxy for resolving proxies connections

Hi, when I set a "DNS 53" proxy in the DNS settings, Rethink doesn't use that set proxy address for resolving proxied-apps' dns requests.
It forwards it to the system-dns which is located at 127.0.0.1:53.
Sort of related to #2539 and maybe #2543
