Method to just directly start playing video?

Hi, I was just wondering if there's any kind of play function to just directly start the video file.

Hey there.

After you call the setup and init methods the play button should handle that for you. The Init methods in this case (video) are:

setupCordovaMediaPlayer(playerWidth,playerHeight,defaultTitle, defaultText,defaultThumb);

initMediaPlayerForVideo("Video Title",
"http://www.mysite.com/video.mp4",
"http://www.mysite.com/video_thumbnail.jpg",
"Video description text");

But – if you want to start the playback programmatically I think this method should do it (again, post Init method):

toggleMediaPlayback();
