Works out of the box, only need to change to get it to work with kernel 5.2

So this should be a pull request, but opened it as issue to have response for correct settings.

A safe limit I have found for the flood zone is limit_req_zone $binary_remote_addr zone=flood:50m rate=90r/s; this does not seem to break wordpress sites which call many resources and plugin include files all causing many requests from one visitor.
