Add basic contextual information to the chatbot

The chatbot currently knows nothing of the present state of the world. In order to answer, e.g., chronological questions it needs access to this kind of information.

Acceptance criteria:

• Automatically add the current date to the system prompt
• Automatically add the current version of the system to the system prompt
• Automatically add technical information about the workflow to the system prompt?
