Add agentic workflow

Description:
It seems like we could get a lot of value out of using an agentic workflow with Lex.llm so search can be more iterative and contextual.

Acceptance criteria:
A list of concrete testable criteria that define when the story is fully implemented.

Technical details:
The smolagents library seems very well suited to this task.
