Dear support,

We are managing hundreds of EATON UPS 5P 1150, and we ould love to monitor through CENTREON the active alarms.

Please find in attached file, what we can see on some product:
"Active - Battery - Batteries are aging. Consider Replacement"
"Severity - Warning. State : Open. Code B01. Appeared on 22/12/2025 17:52:00"

Please provide the initial conditions to reproduce the bug down below

• Environment: uname -a

Expected result

I would love to get a WARNING or CRITICAL of all the active alarms.

Actual result

All says "OK" or "DONE" with 0 active alarms.

I guess you replied by email and sent the files as attachement, but it did not attach the files to the issue.
Without the result of this command, we won't be able to do anything:

snmpwalk -ObentU -v 1 -c FONDATIONview OND-175-RDJ-01 .1.3.6.1.4.1 > equipment.snmpwalk

In case it might contain sensitive data, you may send the result to at Centreon dot com.
