feat: Index refundEscrows #219
Description
I think ideally we should also index the refundEscrows (in the same way we do for poolEscrows) (only for v3.1). Not sure if this is something already added to the v3.1 roadmap. But low priority for sure!
Indexing the refund escrows allows us to know the current amounts in there easily.
