Expand the portfolio site into Faculty and later into the entire University

Prof. Roshan is looking to expand the system into the entire University in the future. For that, we don't need to stick to GitHub.

• We can use frameworks like Laravel for login, authentication, and data collection of both users and staff.
• Administrative staff will act as maintainers.
• Students can sign in using the University Email
• Server space will be provided by the Department (or NCSU)
• As an additional feature, students should be able to add their biography. (need some content moderation)

The obvious extension of our work would be to expand the existing work to the CS department. We can see if it catches up.

As you know, we had our own reasons to use github and go for this design. Moving out of github and deploying for the whole university is a completely new project with unique challenges. I think it is definitely possible, but it is not just a mere expansion of what has already been done. We will be able to use some of the things we learned with our current work, but I think the challenges would be very different.

If we have people, time, and resources to do that, we can go forward. I think we should do a proper assessment of that first.
