Retries on DataLib property #2604
Description
When we choose a property type getFromDataLib the retry option is no longer available.
The data (columns and data) is still present on Cerberus table testcasecountryproperties (columns RetryNb and RetryPeriod)
This was a very helpful when we have several tests using the same dataLib.
