Additional Info on the Export CSV button

Hello - Is there any additional info on this ExportCSV lwc/button ? I pushed it to my Dev Org with Analytics and dragged it to a component on the dashboard but it doesn't seem to be functional ? Can you help to point out what was the purpose behind creating this lwc or button ?
