✨ feat: timeline - toggle better elapsed time and real time #685

✨ Feature Request
It would be great to be able to toggle between elapsed time since the start of the transaction in ms and the the user's time (e.g. 10:58:42.869)
If I click on the number markers on the timeline it would be nice if it could toggle between elapsed time and user time.
🧩 Problem This Solves
Provides extra context, sometimes I want to know when something started and finished not just how long
🧠 Proposed Solution
Toggle between elapsed and real user time by either cliking on the time markers or via a toggle above flamechart. or both.
