Proposal: Support a static-allocation mode (no dynamic memory use)

• My goal is: to use the library in environments that require only static memory allocation;
• My actions were: none so far; I only noticed the use of mg_calloc;
• My expectation was: none in particular — this is simply a feature proposal.
• The result I saw: none, as I have not attempted any refactoring yet.
• My question is: could this idea be considered for future support or contribution?

The closest I can offer is to use the memory manager of your choice and restrict memory allocation to the pool of your choice.

The library does extensive use of dynamic allocation, I don't see how that could be easily done. I you have a commercial use case, please contact Support.
