I'd be grateful if we could avoid a conflict with the EUMETSAT Conference, which takes place 15-19 Sep 2025! |

Please can we also try to avoid 9-11 September 2025 when the UK's annual conference for Research Software Engineering, RSECon(25), will be held, which I plan to attend. |

Please can we also avoid 1st - 3rd October as these are earmarked for a JASMIN user conference which is likely to involve many CEDA staff and others from NCAS and NCEO. |

The Big Data from Space (BiDS 2025) conference will be taking place from 29th September - 3rd October, so it would be best to avoid that week if possible! |

Dear CF community,
Planning has started for the 2025 CF workshop, which this year will be an online-only event.
We'd like to hold the meeting some time during the seven weeks spanning Monday 1st September to Friday 17th October, but before settling on the exact dates it would be very useful to know of any other meetings in our wider community that are happening in that window, so that we can try to avoid those days and hopefully minimise people having to choose between meetings.
Fixing the dates for the meeting is clearly a priority and we are aiming to settle on the dates by the end of April, so please let us know very soon (by commenting on this issue) if you know of any possible clashes.
Many thanks for your help,
The organising committee (Ethan Davis, David Hassell, Daniel Lee,Lars Bärring, Sadie Bartholomew, Ellie Fisher, Luke Marsden, Alison Pamment, Antonio Cofiño, Kevin O’Brien)
