Changing the code name from SplashFOAM to Splash

To comply with CFD Direct guidelines about using the subset name "FOAM" (especially in distribution packages), we're changing the name SplashFOAM to Splash. That said, the local distribution will be named Splash and the complementary web-based application will continue under the name Splash-Cloud.
