On this page there are two links, which don't supply the needed tweaks (Dahlia and OTAEnabler):

Dhinak repo should work fine (though may not be updated for rootless so you might run into that).

The alexia repo is down however, yes - I’m aware of this but it’s low priority because both:

• There isn’t much relevance to delay ota to any relevant version anyways (if you need to update you’d be better off restoring to 18.3 RC assuming a currently supported device)
• The current alternative solution (linking directly to archived debs) is probably not the most ideal path forward either for several reasons that I’m not going to go into for brevity sake
