Remove outdated WQP items

Currently there appear to be quite a few WQP items that throw 500 errors. Ideally these errors would be changed to 404 or the features would be removed from Geoconnex. Otherwise when I am crawling with Nabu, Nabu will try to retry on a 500 error and slow down the crawl significantly

appears that some of the wqp sites are also extremely slow to crawl. wqp_stations__8 times out after a 48 hour crawl
