Node migration guide should be updated to include mention of -slim tags #2508
Description
Chainguard added -slim variants for node images in January 2025. The Node migration guide should mention these and maybe even move examples to use it where it makes sense.
It would probably make a sense to include examples for both the default and slim variants but call out that slim has a smaller attack surface given it's omission of npm and busybox
