Melange should add fully resolved test packages to the embeded file if possible #2161
Description
I was trying to figure out why a recent test failure popped up and I thought "OH i could look at the melange file for the fully resolved package names! And then I looked in the melange file and it only resolved the package build environemnt not the test env. It'd be cool if it could resolve the test env for us as well. Even cooler if it would expand and emebed the pipeline like it does for builds
