install-istio-cni is missing required binaries #2877

1.22.3/latest as of time of writing
Issue/Feature description
This may be particular to just ambient mode installs, but install-istio-cni seems to be missing binaries for iptables v6:
Error: failed to create ambient nodeagent service: error configuring iptables: binary ip6tables-save not found in path: exec: "ip6tables-save": executable file not found in $PATH
