The actions actions/checkout@v3 and actions/setup-node@v3 are not allowed in chains-project/chains-project.github.io because all actions must be from a repository owned by chains-project, created by GitHub, verified in the GitHub Marketplace, or match one of the patterns: LogFlames/maven-lockfile@*, monperrus/pyproject-bump-pypi@main, stefanzweifel/git-auto-commit-action@*. All actions must also be pinned to a full-length commit SHA.
