Hi @akegaviar and all you! First of all, thank you for the project. I learned a lot from it.

Now, I'm thinking about buying the chainstack rpc and have some questions about it.

How really fast it is? I know that when we talk about speed, several nuances come into play, such as algorithmic complexity, latency, region, etc., but I wanted to understand your perspective, the creators of the project.

Because the idea here is that the RPC is fast enough to enter and exit the tokens created instantly, right?

Doing my research, there are wallets that can buy the token one or two blocks after the mint event, and this says a lot about their mastery and the impact of a good RPC on the project. Note that a block today on Solana has an average time of 400ms, that is, very very fast.

Today I have a paid RPC that does not have this speed block, and I wanted to better understand in how many blocks the Chainstack RPC can take the transaction to the network and thus become efficient for its purpose of the smallest possible block difference, or if you believe that there are other more important issues that can lead to better performance, such as a private node or running a validator for the network.

Note that I have a v2 in the works that'll address a lot of the community feedback & questions (I always appreciate all the feedback). But as of now I don't have a release date. I doubt it'll be out very soon, so keep this in mind, as this means you may need to implement some of the things yourself if you want to make it faster.

There's a lot of nuance, you are right about that. Let me try and give you a rundown of what's important:

1. Listening to txs. Currently the default behavior is getting the newly minted tokens from the transaction data via the blockSubscribe method. The Solana node optimization is always going through changes, so as of recently the blockSubscribe method is not the best way to do this and it's prone to producing delays. From the community feedback, the delays can be 15 to 40 seconds. A better way seems to be to use the logsSubcribe method that has no delays or much shorter delays. I implemented this recently, but not in the main bot. See here Solana: Listening to pump.fun token mint using only logsSubscribe. You can just follow the example and incorporate it into the main bot to use logsSubcribe instead of blockSubscribe.

2. Listening to txs. Proximity of your bot to the node. So ideally deploy a node using the Chainstack Trader node option in a location that's closer to you.

Once you have 1 and 2 figured out and satisfied with those, time to tune the actual buys and sells.

3. Landing txs. Priority fees. Ideally you need to implement dynamic or fixed priority fees to make sure you txs go through with a priority. 4. Landing txs. As you probably know, Solana has the SwQoS service that always gets the priority. We have this implemented at Chainstack as Solana Warp transactions. Have a look at the doc, but do note that each Warp transaction costs $0.15. So please make sure you know what you are doing at this point.

Ideally, you need to combine 3 and 4. This means use both Warp transactions & priority fees to make sure your txs land as fast as possible. But again, this should come after you are all set with 1 and 2, otherwise it's not that useful if you are already late before you submit a transaction.

Yes, these guys have more complex setups:

• They detect the opportunities from shreds before the blocks are fully assembled
• They do a combination of 3 & 4, plus probably some other setups like Jito bundles.

Yep, as explained above, if you want to get up to the level of the fastest pump_fun snipers, you'd need to set up a lot of your own additional infrastructure.
