Unnecessary .exe files included in the package which you all encourage people to run?? Beware! Highly shady! Do not run!

Hello I went through your scripts and manually rebuilt only the necessary pieces using the actual Solana issued packages or otherwise authoritative versions available through pip. I then ran a comparison... There's maybe 5 weird .exe files included in your repo. Python packages should never come with weird .exe files that you encourage people to run... This is incredibly shady, and screams of a scam. I was smart enough to iso your repo in a sandbox and not let it touch my actual system.. But what the hell were you all thinking honestly? Nobody using python needs to run a series of .exe files...

@geocybercon there are no exe files in the repo. Why would they be there? Show them to me.
