Is it on the radar that Vite is exploring using Lighting CSS in core instead of Post CSS? i.e. vitejs/vite#11029
In my current test, using Vite & Lighting means Panda setup for Vite out of the box is non-functional (obviously because it assumes Vite is using Post CSS). However, that might not be the case in the future.
