Panda CSS MCP server and LLM.txt Documentation

I think it would be very helpful for there to be at least a LLM.txt documentation for Panda CSS, MCP might be ideal but I think it would be very helpful for those building internal MCP for their design systems to be able to provide 1st-party LLM.txt or MCP tooling

Definitely on my mind to add support for these in Panda. LLMs.txt should be out pretty soon.

The MCP server will be a local one that is spawned from a CLI command since each project is configured differently.

We can then release a generic MCP server for the default panda configuration if needed
