Description
The info tooltip opening with the header ? icon has links to external domains.
When clicked on it from the blockscout integration, they try to open inside the iframe and so are not loaded because of CSP rules.
Make them open in the top frame. Opening in a new window/tab will still be possible with keyboard modifiers.
